古早味臺南辦桌菜　7/28臺南國際會展中心登場 Jul 11th 2012, 11:09 〔記者莊漢昌╱台南報導〕為尋回逐漸消失的「古早味」辦桌大菜，臺南市政府文化局特別與美食作家黃婉玲老師、南英商工以及總舖師莊明錦師傅合作，籌劃一系列辦桌菜體驗活動，帶領民眾再次回味舊時辦桌的豐盛佳餚。第1場將於7月28日在台南國際會展中心（仁德區台糖嘉年華二樓）登場。
