賤男精蟲衝腦　2度強拉智障女公廁性侵 Jul 10th 2012, 07:12 〔社會中心╱彰化報導〕彰化縣一名李姓男子，去年底認識一名有中度智障的女子，李男藉故約被害人出遊，兩人聊天時，李男因為性慾高漲，竟強拉被害人到公廁性侵得逞。男子2度性侵被害人時，被路過的民眾發現報警處理。李男被逮捕後坦承不諱，法官審理後判處他7年4個月徒刑。
