英男開車回頭瞄美女　被開2700元罰單 Jul 9th 2012, 07:14 〔國際中心╱綜合報導〕《每日郵報》8日報導，英國一名26歲的軍械工人道格‧麥克萊恩，日前因為開車時偷瞄了路邊的美女一眼，被警方開出一張60英鎊的罰單(約合新台幣2700元)，理由是「駕車時缺乏應有的小心和注意」。
