京都暴雨　土石流、河川暴漲190棟住戶淹水中 Jul 15th 2012, 13:18 〔國際中心╱綜合報導〕日本繼九州北部大雨襲擊後，近畿地區在今(15)日凌晨也下起大雨，京都附近下起了1小時90毫米的暴雨，土石流造成了3棟住宅損壞，約有190棟左右的住宅通通泡在水裡，氣象台表示，要民眾注意土石流和河川氾濫。
