觀察╱集遊法修法在即　執政黨遭批文字遊戲沒誠意 Jun 6th 2012, 01:51 〔記者孫偉倫╱台北報導〕立法院內政委員會今（6）日初審「集會遊行法」，目前最大爭議在於行政院提出的版本中，有關「報備制」、「禁制區」、「主管機關許可權」等項目，與在野黨版本歧見仍大，因而也使得執政黨在保障人民集會遊行自由的態度與誠意上，仍受到極大的批評與質疑。
