法務部建議修社維法　酒駕再犯通通要關！ Jun 16th 2012, 09:43 〔社會中心╱綜合報導〕前陣子沸沸揚揚的「葉少爺」葉冠亨酒駕肇事，造成2個家庭破碎，引發社會大眾憤怒，紛紛要求政府加重酒駕刑責。法務部日前除考慮修法加重酒駕的刑事責任外，也將建議內政部修正社會秩序維護法，把二度犯酒駕行為納入「拘留」的事由。
