追捕肇逃男　正義里長反被告傷害 May 27th 2012, 17:23 〔社會中心╱新北報導〕新北市一名劉姓男子，騎乘無牌照機車和一名老翁對撞，劉男車禍肇事後落跑，被兩名目擊民眾追捕，當地里長見狀，也騎腳踏車加入追捕行列，順利逮捕劉男後，將他扭送回家通知父母，沒想到事後里長居然遭劉男家屬到法院控告傷害，里長直呼太扯了！
