〔記者江烈偉╱台北報導〕如歐洲橄欖油講究冷壓初榨的麻油,也許身在台灣的你也未必曉得!據北港當地的麻油商說,全台目前只有一兩家麻油供應商還是請老師傅幫忙用冷壓的九道來榨取麻油。一家最近來台北設立旗艦門市,如同歐洲酒窖的店面設計,把麻油、苦茶油等可以直接食用的油品,用如葡萄酒的酒瓶裝起來,很特別。
