「女上男下」太激烈　瘦男氣胸險喪命 May 28th 2012, 12:29 〔社會中心╱台北報導〕男女之間享受「魚水之歡」，原本是件愉快的事情，但如果採用「女上男下」的姿勢時要特別小心，以免樂極生悲。日前有一名身高超過180公分、體重卻未滿60公斤的男子，和女友做愛時採用「女上男下」體位，辦完事後右胸突然感到劇痛，痛到「像被大石壓」，經急診後是肺泡破裂引發氣胸，所幸急救後才撿回一命。
