環團抗議原能會：核二安全疑慮　草率重啟觸犯公共危險罪 Jun 22nd 2012, 13:28 〔記者孫偉倫╱台北報導〕為抗議原能會在未經澄清外界疑慮之下，於6月18日傍晚就逕自批准核二廠一號機重啟一事，綠色公民行動聯盟等環保團體22日率眾聚集原能會外，抗議主委蔡春鴻不顧核二廠尚有安全疑慮，就草率批准重啟，根本就違反「公共危險罪」。原能會副主委出面表示，會考慮再舉辦公聽會，但停止運轉恐有困難。
